What is the maximum package one can expect for Customer Support Senior Associate with 4 years experience overall?

I am a Web Developer based in Grand Rapids, MI. My primary focus is Magento development and managing / building the 7 sites my company owns. I do front and back-end development. I got a raise from $12.50 an hour as an intern to $22 an hour 6 months before I got my degree. I was happy with this raise initially. A year later, I am 6 months out of my degree and have 3 years of experience at this company. They gave me a 5% raise which puts me a $24 an hour. Is this fair considering I got my degree.

What kind of increase in salary would it take for you to move jobs at the moment, knowing it is a seller’s market? 5%? 10%? 20+%?

I realize there are a TON of specific factors that influence each situation. Just curious what the general mindset is at the moment.

Looking for some advice. I’m currently 1.5 YOE at a T2, and got an offer in an industry I’m passionate about (sports) for a role that seems exciting. The offer is $110k. That is less TC than I am making now, and I am expecting promotion in 3 months where comp will be ~30% higher. The recruiter mentioned there was some room for negotiation. Has anyone taken a de facto pay cut like this, what were key considerations and was it worth it? Also, any general negotiating tactics would be appreciated.

Does Barclays negotiate after accepting their offer, I still have 7 days to join Barclays and I have counter offer on top of Barclays offer.
They have given me extended joining date without ask or need and in return I asked for joining bonus so HR said Barclays don't give joining bonus. Whats the parameter to get Stocks? #barclays there is one month gap from my last working day to Barclays joining as they released offer late because of medical emergency with hr team members, what I should do?
