Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

I applied to one of the roles and after initial screening I happened to see in the website that there are no suitable openings for my profile.

I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.

Can I use referals to apply before 6 months? Or should I wait for 6 more months?
