I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

My question is usually how long does Nagarro HR takes to release the offer ?

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
