Anyone know onboarding url for tech Mahindra and where can I find an offer letter.. yesterday i called HR for my offer letter status they said url is not working .. can i trust that statement or they put my offer on hold?

Do recruiters typically reply to the “Thank you email” after the initial interview?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Completed 4 rounds at @microsoft 3 were technical .. 4th was kind of AA where interviewer was senior and asked some normal questions(where do you see yourself in 5 years, greatest achievement).

Thinking of leaving for a smaller consulting firm doing IT strategy - I’m in a HCOL east coast city (not NY). Currently at 150k. 8 yoe, 4 consulting. What’s a reasonable salary to ask for?

Currently C level (target promo next summer). Been mostly on finance transformation projects. Worked in strategic finance before that at a f500 healthcare company.
What roles/levels would I be a good candidate for at FAANG/Microsoft/other Big Tech?
No hard technical skills (outside of financial modeling).
I’m also studying for GMAT as t15 MBA is a consideration right now, so I could also try to make the switch after that.
