Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Pay is quite low for NYC
Following.
Pretty standard corporate strategy role. Seen people from B4 advisory exit into it. Might not worth it if you are already at s&.
Work life balance is better than consulting, coworker talent will vary. A lot of juniors use it as a stepping stone to get to the front office roles. Pretty standard office politics and the team is always second class citizens compared to the bankers who run the show. Generally, pay will be similar to consulting for the same years of experience but you win with better wlb. Also, if you want to be a top performer you have to be where the team is and that’s looking like Plano for the long term.
