I have this issue too - I drink a 32oz Powerade zero every other day and it’s been helping! I do take a multivitamin but I think I just don’t get enough liquids and the Powerade zero is easier to drink that plain water
I'm not sure it's not enough water. Drink between 150 and 250 oz/day
Wow you might be OVER hydrating, especially is just plain water. Do you use an electrolyte supplement? I’d venture to guess you’re losing key minerals (potassium, magnesium, sodium) by drinking so much.
Electrolytes - supplement with magnesium and salt pills if you need, and make sure you are eating enough potassium
