What’s the pay range for a RE paralegal?
Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

Hi everyone, trying to get additional information on working with Magnit. They have completely messed up at every stage of my on-boarding process and it’s giving me a lot of pause. Can someone working with them tell me if they do basic things correctly like pay people correctly and on time?
Can you give an update on how it’s all turned out?
Most contracts have a max of 18 months due to legal requirements about co-employment so I would have a backup just in case
From what I know, and from what the people I have talked to at the company say (who would be my team), the vast majority of the FTE’s for my role start as contact and then get hired on. So that’s the ultimate goal.

From what I know magnit has a lot of sourcers (different from recruiters) and those are the people who conduct the first step screenings. The big tech companies though have fully embedded magnit coordinators who facilitate contractor work once you’re hired. You wont get much interaction with those random sourcers after the initial screening

Sounds like a special situation - the 3 months thing you’re describing isn’t a generalized situation. I would ask! A similar time limitation that IS applicable across the board though is that contracting for any given company can only be done up to a max of 18mos at a time, per either state or federal regulation - I forgot which.
