Any insights on doing contract work through PRO Unlimited (Magnit) at any of the tech companies in the Bay Area?
I’ve been in contact with one of the companies, who then had someone from Magnit get in touch with me. Problem was, the person from Magnit not only had a heavy accent that I was having a hard time understanding, but a really bad phone connection.
So I obviously had a lot of questions about how this whole system works, but wasn’t able to get the answers.
Anyone have any experience?

I’m a 2nd attorney who recently moved from ID to PI defense representing large multinational corporations in slip and fall accidents and MVAs. I have full autonomy over my cases and the experience is incredible but I hate billables, reporting to clients, and I don’t love personal injury. I’m still inexperienced and have ways to go. Real estate advice please! I bought a $400K house in a HCOL area (DMV) in April 2021 at 3.125% interest rate. Unexpectedly, I need to move to a LCOL area (small city in Pennsylvania) this summer 2023. I don’t have enough for a 20% down payment on next home… do I:
-Sell HCOL home and buy LCOL home with high interest rate
-Rent HCOL home and buy LCOL home with high interest rate and PMI (since <20% down payment)
-Rent HCOL home and rent in LCOL for a year or more before reassigning/buying
