Any insights on doing contract work through PRO Unlimited (Magnit) at any of the tech companies in the Bay Area?
I’ve been in contact with one of the companies, who then had someone from Magnit get in touch with me. Problem was, the person from Magnit not only had a heavy accent that I was having a hard time understanding, but a really bad phone connection.
So I obviously had a lot of questions about how this whole system works, but wasn’t able to get the answers.
Anyone have any experience?

What would the “perfect” library program look like for your upper elementary students? Does your school have a library teacher or a library tech? What are their responsibilities?

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. I have 4+ years experience but am treated as entry level.
