I’m a creative account manager in retail/eCommerce. I was a creative producer before being an AM.

I’d love to move into tech but I’m not sure how my current creative experience would transfer into tech/at what company. I know there are creative producers/art producers in tech, but what’s the equivalent of a tech creative account manager?

Has anyone here done advisory/consulting work outside of forensics? (Accounting advisory, financial due diligence, valuations, risk & compliance, public sector, management or strategy consulting, etc.)

Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. I’ve been actively searching and interviewing for at least 6 months, and no offers after final round. I’m struggling to stay motivated to search and fake enthusiasm in interviews, and I’m still increasingly miserable in my new job. I think I need a career coach - any solid recos? Or is it even a career coach I need to help me get on track?

I currently work in Tech Consulting on the software implementation side with 2 YOE. I don’t see myself long term in this area and am interested in pivoting to strategy and potentially business school along the way. Does anyone have advice for the best way to prepare and land a role for someone who doesn’t have a strong strategy background?

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger? I am concerned about the negative reviews relating to the PwC acceleration centres in general, and getting stuck in a role which does not provide growth opportunities. Thank you.

Partners and MDs - a partner is trying to recruit me into a new practice they are building out. They have senior leadership support but still facing uphill political battle.
