Recently I had my interview with tcs and cleared hr asked me to submit the documents in tcs portal.i have submitted the documents when can I expect a call for salary negotiation.and how much package i can ask i have 3 years of experience as data engineer.i have been hired as big data developer.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I am having 6.5 years exp and currently working for Capgemini with 9LPA fixed.
I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
Virtusa: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Senior consultant, Tier 2)

Please help me pick one. Im confused. Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

Had my performance review August 3rd. My boss could tell I was upset about a messily 5% raise after getting my degree etc. (recent post). He asked what range I’d like to be in, and I responded in a fashionable matter by comparing median salaries in the area. He said he would try and get me in that range. But has taken over a month to “think” about it. There shouldn’t really be much to think about? Either he wants me or he doesn’t, right? At this point I’m losing money and and motivation.

I am getting grade 27 for 11 years of experience with package as 25.3 in optum. Is it okay as per optum standards or at lower side ?

Got a potential offer from a start up, looking for someone to complete to their entire HR department from the scratch. Currently at a stable fortune500 company with a at will role for a project for 12-15 months. Not very happy with the mundane tasks in this role. I’d be leaving 6mo early than previously discussed. I have a dilemma. I lead a recruiting team in a consulting group and we are having trouble meeting our numbers.
