The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered. I have been offered an internship for Equity Research role for 2 months. Based on my performance, I'll be on boarded full time. However, they are not letting me know the salary range I can expect once the internship ends. How can I negotiate a salary as per my expectations?
