Does being LGBTQ+ require you to wear a boa to the office? Tf does that characteristic have to do with being a lawyer and doing your job

I'm queer and 2 of my co-workers at my last job were Crowell ex-pats. Lovely, very smart people. Alas, both straight.

Apply and be open about your orientation during the process. Ask to interview with some LGBTQ partners and associates and ask about their experiences. If Crowell is welcoming you will be accommodated and feely reassuring information. If not, you won’t.

I mean they will accommodate your request to speak with LGBTQ partners and associates as part of the recruiting process . I agree that your orientation requires no accommodation. I also made a typo. “Feely” was supposed to be “receive.”

I think it probably depends on the group and partners you work with, just like any other firm.
