Hi All,

My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

I have a problem. Idk how to even begin fixing this...
I'm staying up almost every night watching shiz on my phone until 2am, wake up at 7 for meetings completely groggy. Can't stop myself.
Can't get myself to workout or even eat healthy. Unable to focus at work. Not sure how do I break this cycle. I tried putting my phone away - it doesn't work. I have insomnia + I'm a light sleeper so it's very easy for me to get up and grab my phone. Idk how to stop eating sugar & junk.

I think I need to give up on finding a natural deodorant that actually works.
