If IBM GBS offers executive MBA programme to the employees or that's not possible while working in IBM GBS?

Any thoughts on an MBA vs MS Project Management. I was planning on doing an MBA but and MS Project Management seems like the better option now. I will be an international student and was planning on making a career shift into project management itself. I thought MBA would give me the best chance but I came across some good MS Project Management degrees. Also, I already hold a MS but in another field. Any thoughts?

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
