Any thoughts on an MBA vs MS Project Management. I was planning on doing an MBA but and MS Project Management seems like the better option now. I will be an international student and was planning on making a career shift into project management itself. I thought MBA would give me the best chance but I came across some good MS Project Management degrees. Also, I already hold a MS but in another field. Any thoughts?

I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

I'm launching a small PE firm and need advice on structuring equity for early founding team members.

I don't want to give up equity in the firm for several reasons but I do need to incentivize my team.

Should I offer phantom stock or form a subsidiary LLC and issue stock in that but always own the parent co? Or just offer carried interest for deals they each manage?
