I have got an offer letter from FIS global in last month their after no communication with HR and if she want any information communicated over an email.And i have responded within time.
On last friday she has asked me to send bgv document and she has told me that you will get the joining email.

As my joining on monday 11th july 2022 and still didnt got any email regarding joining or onboarding can anyone please explain about process of onboarding and bgv check?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Ive got three interviews coming up and l am wondering how I can improve my chances of getting an offer. Any ideas are welcome. I need a new job like yesterday.

It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
