I m doing leet code problem solving practice since last two months to crack coding interview however I feel it is hard to solve medium and hard category problem most of time . I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

I’m extremely out of shape and have just started going to the gym. When i do squats, like literally by squat 5 my knees are hurting. But i know my form isnt wrong. Do i just have bad knees or is this normal when ur out of shape?

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower.
