Guys, I'm about a year old at Credit Suisse. I needed to know if we can request for a raise during the mid year review or do the appraisals happen only once a year in March?

HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
