How did the interview process go when they asked "why do you want to leave your current position"?

Hi! I’ve worked exclusively in small companies and I want to make a switch to large corporations. I finally have an interview next week and I want to shine.
Any tips on what big companies want to see, or concerns they might have with me not having corporate experience? (It’s an employer branding position, but overall advice is helpful!)

I spent 12 years as a fed, most of which was as a GS-14 and 15 hiring manager at several civilian agencies (State, Labor, and VA).

Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).

Has anyone had problems with dusty radiators before? I have been coughing for the last two weeks and I finally realized that there is black dust caught up all over my radiator. The problem is its a “caged” radiator where you cannot exactly clean it with a vacuum or a swiffer. Has anyone ever had this problem, and if so, what did you do?

Average catering costs in NYC? Looking at options and for around 140 people for buffet dinner. we are hoping to keep it under $15k but it’s looking difficult. Food itself isn’t the problem (~$110 pp) it’s the staffing and rentals (plates, silverware, etc). This doesn’t include booze that’s totally separate

I just landed this job in tech and some coworker already went to HR to complain about my tone at a virtual meeting. HR doesn’t seem to know what this person’s problem exactly is, but notified me without telling me which coworker complained. Everything going fine otherwise, my manager told me they’re happy with my work and I get along with most of the team. Have you been there? What would you do? I’m confused.
