I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?

Companies with booster mandates. My work has a booster mandate: they noted if you aren’t boosted you can’t come to the office, if you don’t come to the office when your job says you need to be (all teams I work near are 3-4 days in office) you will not be adequately doing your job and can face consequences. I work at a firm that is predominantly white. We live in an area that's predominantly Hispanic, but they don't speak Spanish. I do and I'm always used as a translator. It's very annoying because I don't even get brought it on the case. They only want me to translate or talk to witnesses and that's it. It takes me away from my real work. I'm considering removing that I am fluent in Spanish from my resume to not deal with this in the future. Anyone dealt with this before?

Midlevel here and I don’t think I know or fully understand how to network. It feels disingenuous to meet someone with the sole intention of wanting something from them in return. It’s not like making friends with just the idea of having good people in your life. What am I missing?
