Too many to name! I can share more of my overall sentiment. In my early 20s I worked for an extremely corporate organization. At first I felt obligated to check how I wore my hair, what I wore, how I spoke, but I quickly hated it and realized that my secret sauce is me and they needed that (even if they didn’t know it). I got more comfortable just embracing me - colored hair, bold blazers/lipsticks, my speech and isms that people adapted to - it all folded into me which was still a professional and talented person. When that moment clicked for me in that environment I never looked back. Every organization I go to I show up consistently. If it doesn’t work for anyone that’s not my problem and also it’s prolly not the environment for me. It took a while to grow into who I was meant to be, but I had to do it unapologetically.
