I am 53 and have no wrinkles. I use simple cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer, don’t waste your money on expensive products here. The trick is to go on prescription (from a dermatologist) retinol, don’t bother with over the counter retinols, you won’t get the same effect. And be vigilant with sunscreen. In fact avoid the sun as much as possible. I can’t help with under eye bags as I haven’t experienced them but for smooth, glowing wrinkle free skin as you age, these are my secrets. Good luck.
Look for a Cosmetic Dermatologist, not one who only specializes in like, immuno-compromised conditions like eczema or skin cancer.
I like niacinamide. I buy Tree of Life it’s inexpensive. I put it on after serum or retinol at night and before sunscreen in the morning.
Deep laser might help. Fractal or something stronger. Work on getting enough sleep. General health /stress too much zoom/screen really messes with eyes and little muscles
Ty🙏🏼
Lower bleph or CO2 laser.
Retinoids, exfoliation, vitamin C, hydrate hydrate hydrate.
(Alternate the first 3, do the last 3 every day.)
I’ve heard strength training can help a ton with the face. Starting to catch up on that for a number of reasons.
Ok, I’ll take weights over cardio every day of the week, lol. Guess I should keep some cardio for the heart, lol.
Dysport for forehead and crows feet. But for overall texture, firmness, and glow, I love the Dr Dennis Gross red light mask and Dermatolgica’s Pro-Banking Collagen serum. Eye creams don’t work, I’ve tried so many!
Oh also I have to say those stupid peel pads from dr Dennis actually work great 😬 sorry they are expensive
Under-eye cream with caffeine
If you're considering a procedure, 2 rounds of PRP under eye was a game changer for me. Instant improvement and 6 months later the smoothness is improved and darkness/sinking mostly gone.
I'll probably do 1 annually for maintenance moving forward. (early 40's).
I also make homemade bone broth and drink it almost daily - my skin glows! And, hydrate hydrate hydrate & sleep.
I just started using. Peter Thomas Roth & I love it. Especially, the Instant Firm Collagen Bounce Sticks! I still
fall under black don’t crack. So facials work for me as well. I posted an after video which got 1.5 views in 24 hours. Immediate skin glowing and results,
Ooh
There’s a Reddit sub called 30PlusSkinCare that has a lot of good tips and advice
How often do yall do botox?
Expensive abut I swear by Excuviance and Neostrata products.

I’ve tried a lot of eye creams and the one that I’ve found most effective one that alleviates dryness, puffiness and is not irritating is 100% Pure brand’s coffee bean eye cream with caffeine. Just buy it direct from the site and not via Amazon. Bought it on Amazon a few times and it smelled off.
I used to use that! Still good eh? I’ll have to revisit.
Peter Thomas Roth has a tightening product you apply with a little brush, and L’Oreal has a new one out too. NIOD has an eye treatment you can apply to the whole orbital area that seems like it improves things generally. But it’s not as dramatic as the things with shrinking powers.
More invasive but undereye PRF is supposed to be amazing. I’m too afraid to inject anything other than the Botox I’ve been doing for 10 years. But I’m 46…ask me again at 50. 🤣
