KPMG Transformation Delivery interview coming up! Need advice ! Hi. Currently a Sr. Tech Risk Consultant at EY. I have mostly done IT Audit, SOC, and 2-3 channel 2 consulting work assignments. and I am about to have my first interview with KPMG from their Transformation Delivery practice. The team is project, program and portfolio management. How’s the work? Is it better than IT audit? If its PMO related then is it IT/Technical prog mgmt? Any Data analytics involved?I have technical skills too

Anyone else struggle to understand offshore resources sometimes?

Recently got an offer for salesforce sales strategy (105K TC) vs Morgan Stanley IB Strategy (135K TC). Salesforce will be 40-50 hours a week remote until 2022 and then will have a hybrid working model, most likely going in office 2-3 times a week vs Morgan Stanley will be on average 60 hours a week in office full time. Is it worth the 30K extra in compensation to commute to office daily + 10-20 more hours per week? In terms of pay progression, I think Morgan Stanley will definitely be a lot fast

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
