Had a first interview with Google and bombed it. Was mostly focused on marketing cases , marketing plans etc. (wasn’t really expecting it). This was for a S&O role. I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.
