Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .

I am looking for my next role but I am having a hard time landing interviews. I want to get out of consulting into a Product/Program Manager Role. All my projects in consulting have been in Program/Project management. I was hired at a much lower level than I deserved (pandemic hire desperate for a job so did not negotiate) and this is in the top 2 reasons I’m looking for another role. Recently got an offer for salesforce sales strategy (105K TC) vs Morgan Stanley IB Strategy (135K TC). Salesforce will be 40-50 hours a week remote until 2022 and then will have a hybrid working model, most likely going in office 2-3 times a week vs Morgan Stanley will be on average 60 hours a week in office full time. Is it worth the 30K extra in compensation to commute to office daily + 10-20 more hours per week? In terms of pay progression, I think Morgan Stanley will definitely be a lot fast
