What are the most challenging aspects of transitioning to a startup from management consulting?

I am having 3 YOE .. I want to pursue professional Business analysis certification from IIBA .
Is it possible to ask our employer and get it sponsored by them .?
Also had anyone done this certification from IIBA and how did it help .

Debating accepting an offer for a newer, lower-MM healthcare and growth focused PE firm. I know I want to go to PE at some point, but what are some thoughts on when you should go?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. If I do boot camp T/Th (10 lb dumbbells, typically full body strength but occasionally emphasis on one area + hiit), what workouts should I be doing mwf? Recently got an offer for salesforce sales strategy (105K TC) vs Morgan Stanley IB Strategy (135K TC). Salesforce will be 40-50 hours a week remote until 2022 and then will have a hybrid working model, most likely going in office 2-3 times a week vs Morgan Stanley will be on average 60 hours a week in office full time. Is it worth the 30K extra in compensation to commute to office daily + 10-20 more hours per week? In terms of pay progression, I think Morgan Stanley will definitely be a lot fast

I just got an offer for a senior software developer role at $150k starting. It is a small start up with 28 people in the team and AI driven. My recent salary was $118 so it is quite a jump for me and I really liked the VP I spoke to. Very somber and smart guy.
However, I have several other interviews coming up ranging from big corporate to app companies. Shall I decline the current offer to explore more or accept it but push my start day to later so I could stillbdo the other interviews?

Anyone who has less than 1 year of consulting experience already thought of exiting or has exited? How do you manage your salary expectations? Would you only leave if it’s a promotion? Would you take a pay cut to an industry you really like? Is so, how much in %?
