Background check title discrepancy: I provided my actual role in the application but the result used my management level, hence causing a discrepancy. Is this a big deal?

Anyone know how to get a position as an HRBP without HRPB experience? All positions I've looked at want previous experience. Would over 5 years of HR experience and a PHR suffice, or what skills should be added to that?

I got offered a position as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist and was offered $75,000 base pay with a 5% increase after a year. I am working on 8 years experience in the industry, investment licenses, and a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. I feel like this is low. Any thoughts?

Abandoning Green Card
Has anybody experience in giving up the LPR status after leaving the US for work and residency in another country/homecountry? I come from a low tax country and wonder whether Uncle Sam will send a final tax bill or penalty fee or even make it difficult/impossible for me to abandon the GC once I will leave the US again. I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

I have an approved I140 from previous employer and current employer hasn’t started GC yet. Been on H1B since 10 years now, so if my new GC doesn’t start before my H1B is up for approval in 2023 cont.
