Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Anyone independent management consultant here? What is the hardest thing for you?

Interviewed with a hiring manager at Uber last Thursday. I haven't heard from the recruiter on the next step. Is it safe to assume that I haven't passed? If proceeded, I am supposed to receive a take home assignment and am not sure if I should prepare for that.
