My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…

Looking for a Caribbean vacation recommendation for my husband and me. Want to go for around a week in early summer. We are active, not partiers, like boutique or small hotels or b&bs. Like being able to walk places. Like a more local experience versus touristy/resort-type places. Received the email saying TCS will deduct health insurance premium for entire year. I have about a month left in TCS. Likely getting an offer soon - already have planned vacation starting Tuesday until the new year.
