I have got a offer from JP Morgan, I had asked them for joining bonus which they declined but have told me they would pay me my annual bonus(pre defined in current organization) in January as incentive along with rest of organization. They have declined to give this in writing anywhere and have asked to have faith in verbal commitment. Is this a normal practice?

I have enough money to repay the remaining balance of the loan. The question is: should I repay it now or just continue with the payment and pay off if I leave the company?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Lateraled early Sept and did not negotiate full bonus year end (so I’d get pro rated bonus based on months worked); I’ve been averaging 300 hrs/month since I started and now regretting not negotiating... any hope firm will voluntarily pay more than pro-rated given the high hours?

I really like company A and want to re-nogotiate with company A to match up with company B.

McKinsey/BCG folks - work wise, have heard a few times that the most apparent difference with both firms is the management style. Mck adopts a more top-down approach whilst BCG a bottom-up. Would you say this is true? Would love to hear your stories too!
