Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I try to lower the stakes in my head. If I’m feeling frozen, I tell myself that it’s okay if today isn’t my most productive day, as long as I make some progress. The pressure of needing to be 100% on can make me shut down, but allowing myself to just do what I can helps take the edge off.
Sure do, these days are way too familiar to me. When they hit, I try to find one simple thing to get done - responding to an email, tidying my desk, getting all my events onto my calendar. These little wins are big for me because I can look back and feel like I accomplished something, which is really important when I'm feeling scatterbrained. It helps remind me that I am capable of getting things done, which makes tackling the bigger things on my to-do list feel less intimidating.

Yup, and my insurance has decided that I should be paying $250/month for the medication that helps because there is a cheaper alternative out there, despite the fact that theed they think I should take has very bad side effects for me.
I find that when I notice I'm not getting things done like I should, it's time to take a walk. Getting some physical activity tends to help me refocus. Also breaking down what I have to do in small groups. Setting a timer pomodoro style also helps me by telling myself I just need to keep at whatever I'm doing for XX more minutes and then I can stop and chase that squirrel. I wish I had better answers, but that's just how I'm managing right now. Some days are better than others. The less sleep I get, the worse I tend to be as well.
Get up and stretch or if you can take a break, walk, exercising helps with ADHD and will help your brain focus more and the tasks that need to get completed. Also eating protein helps as well.
