I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. She told she can't give more than 16 LPA. What should i do? How much should i ask? I am expecting somewhere around 19-20 LPA. Can anyone pls help. Accenture Impetus technologies inc

It’s because remote work stole snow days from us 😭 I think we’re meant to have hot cocoa and relax when there’s a snow day, not work.

I’m distracted by whether my firm is gonna make me go into the office tomorrow or not (and whether I should dig my car out or can put it off for another day)
2 kids home from school...all the distraction i need

I'm struggling to focus but thankfully have plenty of admin work to catch up on, so nothing too mentally taxing
So what happens if you work from home? How do they “make you” come in? Dock your bonus? We are so tired of tracking office attendance—if everyone would just get in 3 days a week (including partners), we could all end these tiresome debates. Sigh.

Had this struggle today and it was my first day back from vacay so it was as a double whammy. Snow days are meant for days off!
