Hi, I got an offer for Senior Manager position. Wanted to check if senior manager is a also people manager role? do they have any direct reportees?

How does your company manages HR or team building activities in WFH model ? is it effective in refreshing you or team culture ? Or is it just an extra overhead now ?

I feel it was a good break/refresh when at office but now it really feels just an extra overhead siting on desk pretending to have fun when you can ACTUALLY have rest/fun by just taking break for that time and instead interact with people around yourself AT Home. Feels more refreshing.
