Is moving from Seattle worth it? I've heard the freeze is still in affect in Portland but I'm more worried about prices. I WFH mostly and pull down like 120k a year, Seattle is getting crazy expensive rent wise and crazy full. I'd like to find somewhere new but stick to the PNW.

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! I might have a spending problem. I don’t think (?)
