So while I think the company is alright and the people seem fine, I feel the “building” process will require more time and commitment I’m able to provide. LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit! You can’t be who you truly are on that app. Which is why I like fishbowl so much, the anonymity is a game changer. If LinkedIn was a anonymous, we’d see a lot more support for Kanye and a lot less LGBQT material. Bet!

I am joining Deloitte soon, before putting down my notice with my current employer the background investigation team informed me that except the current employer all elements are completed and finalized. During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?
