Virtual dynamic was fine - had 6 people in the discussion. Just felt as though perhaps I wasn't 'facilitating' as much as I usually do. It felt like I was more the 'ideas' person for this discussion. For example I contributed to defining the objectives, KPI's, marketing campaign. Also asked some thoughtful questions that spurred discussion. Felt as though some ideas weren't taken up by the group.

There was also another member who I felt did better at being 'inclusive' and driving towards the end goal.

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

Might be off topic, but guys please, take care of your health. I've been rejected by all companies in the last 2 months.
I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
