Publicis Sapient: 16 CTC ( 14.5 LPA FIXED )
Neudesic (IBM) 16 CTC ( 14.5 FIXED + WFH Remote Complete )
PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benefits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

Is UST - PTEC good company to join? They have started PTEC (product engineering and technology center ) company. How is this. Any fishers are working in it from pune?

Mck Pros over BCG - One firm culture (big), global staffing (big) , better internal processes?, better brand, better exit opps
BCG Pros over Mck - Slightly higher pay (negligible), closer network.
Role equivalent at both : Junior associate for Mck and Senior associate for BCG. Both 1+ yrs below MBA equivalent level
