Do you set up any standards when you date with anybody? I’m currently dating with a Mexican man. He is older than me 10 years old (I thought 6 when we first met). His job is construction and made less than me. He is insecure about the money but I’m not really. But, the one bothering me is that he is illegal immigrant. Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
