Anyone know how to deal with sleep problems? I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for a few hours because I can’t sleep. When I do eventually sleep I get like an hour or 2 before work which leaves me tired and grumpy.

Have any of you had trouble getting interviews at startups due to them wanting more startup experience? I've worked on many greenfield projects for clients and more mature projects, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't be a good candidate.
