Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

Hi guys, I need an advice. I have completed my salary discussion with TCS and awaiting offer letter. HR told me I will receive it in the first week of Jan. However before joining I am getting calls from projects in TCS who are asking my experience, notice period etc and some basic questions regarding my work as well. Please tell me is this normal? I have notice period of 60 days. Tata Consultancy

Those who read of Mayfield, KY, via Instagram there is a thought experiment being done where longform.org will be given a send-off as Roxanne Aalders will be working with Blurb via blurb.com/bookstore/c-blogs where examining where science and social studies education is often scarce. I have been a vendor with Barnes & Noble now off-n-on going on 11 years one of the places I do graphic design work with ended up getting Smashwords so those who are wanting to test the idea of being #published in print..

Can anyone from dell give me a refferal?

Our comp model is based on the concept of total annual award, which is a function of your commercial performance (revenue and profitability), your seniority level, and regional performance.
In a world where the total award - salary (and other cash payments) = bonus, a higher salary doesn't mean much. It's an advanced payment to manage living expenses.
Thanks OW1. With salary I of course meant total comp. I am getting different input. Can you let me know ranges of total award? Someone says that no matter what comp is capped and someone says you can get beyond caps. Thanks
Both of these statements are true but the cap will apply to you if you decide to join and it's high enough that the vast majority of us never worry about it. Happy to chat more via DM.
