A general rule of thumb. Lists that say they have 300 people in your area with 250k plus that need managed money or a roll over are all 100% bullshit. Never buy those, even if they have money back guarantees. It’s like pulling teeth getting your money back from them. I know from experience.
Now there are several places to get lists of consumers with in a certain age, estimated income and networth etc, that can give you a list of people to start from. Same with businesses, you can get lists with the business name, revenue, number of employees etc. still it’s cold but it can help make sure you are seeing people that have a good chance of having money.
Sales genie, Aaron and associates are two good places to get these types of lists
