I lived there about three years ago or so and it was kind of a huge party place there. Don't get me wrong I did like it and everyone that worked there was super nice and super helpful but it was definitely a much younger crowd of partiers and I just didn't love living there.
Yea I’ve heard that also. Not too into that if it’s just like super loudb24/7. Do you still live in the area? I think that’s the best area in miami by far but there’s not much in the way of nicer buildings.

A friend lives there and loves it. I think it depends on what building you are
Which tower are they in?
This is my second year in flamingo. We have two small kids. I also read the reviews before we moved from Coral Gables (before that from NYC) and I was very worried. However as I said this is our second year and I haven’t heard or seen any parties or loud crowds etc. The pool area is also calm and chill, there is no common areas where you could throw a party lol. I would say average crowd is young professionals, a lot of families with kids. I like the area as well, it is calm, no tourists, etc. if you have questions feel free to DM. FYI we live in central tower.
