Last year I worked full time, MBA part time, and launched a start up part time. Always a lot on a to-do list. What kept me on the ball:
Time Block — I found it helpful to designate dedicated time to do things for each. e.g. every Saturday 9-3 was school work. I worked in coffee shops where there ain’t sh!t else to do but the work (no distractions).
Prioritize — It helps to organize the must-dos (minimum viable for success), would like to-dos, and non-time sensitive priorities.
Clear Your Plate — Delegate, outsource, and automate where you can. Systemize learning. Lean on partners in work and school.
And above all, be realistic with what you can achieve. Be forgiving if you drop the ball. You’re human. All you can do is be better the next day/week.
