Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.

My blowout shrinks so fast. I would like to use a flat iron to help, but I've never used one before. Would straightening it at 150-180° even do anything? I don't want heat damage, so I don't want to go above that.

I currently use a really great hair care line but I'm looking to switch to a Black-owned hair care line that includes a really great gel and deep conditioner (both necessities in my routine) as part of its product line.

Just cut off all my heat-damaged hair. I'm so happy! I feel so free! I can't remember the last time I was able to rock my curls. It's been too long.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.
