I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). My blowout shrinks so fast. I would like to use a flat iron to help, but I've never used one before. Would straightening it at 150-180° even do anything? I don't want heat damage, so I don't want to go above that.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them.
