I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

About a year into our infertility journey and considering switching from my husband's company's benefits to EY's to take advantage of the 50K lifetime benefit. I know I would need to switch to EY coverage, but does my husband also haveto be on EY's insurance to have IVF costs fully reimbursed?
