PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. How long do you stay in a job if the terms were not described accurately? My circumstances involve covering other clinic sites which I knew nothing about and nearly no admin time built into my day.

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits?
