What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Now i am worrying to join nagarro after seeing that people are on bench from last 1-2 months.
I have an offer from optum and nagarro.
Only reason to choose nagarro is WFH.
Am I doing wrong to choose nagarro over optum.

I am Java developer.

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.

Will they release me from there project before contract ends or any action in terms of termination from job will be taken by client or Nagarro.

Just wanted to know, has anyone went through this kind of situation???

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭

I am a 3rd year senior associate in alternative investment tax and up for manager promotion this year. I really dislike the long hours of this job and seeking to make a move. Although I’m not sure i necessarily want to stay in tax. I have a young toddler at home and want to find a job i like, makes decent money, and has decent hours so i can spend more time with family.

I got an offer in industry! Feeling excited but at the same time very confused. It’s a good offer that I don’t want to pass up but also feel extremely bad leaving during busy season. Is a 3 week notice enough? Do I let this opportunity go and just hope something will line up down the road ? Thoughts ?

Got an offer from a smaller “boutique” firm with ultra high net worth clients that’s 21% more than I’m making at Deloitte plus 7.5k sign on. Fully remote (firm located in CA, I’m on east coast). Take the offer?
