I lived at Brava and really enjoyed it. I was the first occupant of my unit—not sure how they are faring now (I moved out toward the end of 2023). Staff was polite and helpful, maintenance requests got resolved promptly, the pool was staffed (although unheated), awesome communal spaces and nice gym, really nice programming and socials.
The one downside was that the elevators kept having issues, to the point where we were down to a single one and judging by the emails we got from management a critical mass seem to have rioted and management then got on it really quickly. Hopefully that was just growing pains.
Demographically, it was a lot of professional people in their 20s and 30s as well as some flashy spenders. Everyone I ever interacted with was very pleasant, but I definitely felt like I was not the target demographic at times.
I still miss living there, honestly.
Thank you the insight. I’m leaning toward Brava. Amenities seem to be the only difference (and obviously price). Not convinced the extra $700-$1200 a month justifies all the extra perks at MST. Plus, the rooms at Brava seem to be nicer.
