[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Lol if that’s low end I’m leaving NYC for CA soon!
I would say it’s on the low end. My (ID) firm which is considered boutique but has some big clients (I’m repeating what others have said verbatim) pays around that for a 4-5 year. We are no where near Am Law 200.
That’s really good for insurance defense at 4-5 years!
I’m a recruiter and work with Am Law firms, including insurance defense. That’s a strong salary for that category, even in CA. Go for it.
Sure thing. If you get a share of those payouts, you’re in good shape on comp!
Yeah that’s not bad. I’m 4years and at $115k in the IE. mine is low but I WFH whenever I want, full autonomy over my files and time off always granted.
