Anyone here recently negotiated with Capgemini?
I’ve got a counteroffer from another company, but Capgemini hasn’t given me my preferred location. Thinking of asking them to either match the offer or give me the location I want.
Has anyone tried this before? Do they usually agree? Capgemini

I’m sure this is not a unique situation, but would love y’all’s advice! I love my current agency and the work is easy and ngl it’s a big name and looks impressive on a resume. But, I’m currently being offered a new job at a small agency and the money is so so good, it would be a 60% raise and a title change. I’m so torn, I don’t want to risk what I currently have, but I’m so tempted… would you leave a good place for a ton of $$?

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

I had my capgemini hr round cleared on 7th October , and on 8th October , she said she has sent mail for business approval ?
Job grade B2
YOE - 4.1
CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov
