I have 4+ years of experience in .net and react js 6 months hand on my current CTC is below 6 LPA how much can I expect if I switch the company I live in hyderabad India.

Really want to stay WFH for longer, it’s really worked out well for me. Any ideas what companies could be WFH long term ?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
